The Q8 5G Live Streaming Bonding Video Encoder from MiNE Media adds redundancy and reliability to your remote video streaming setup by sending your signal over bonded cellular networks. Featuring HDMI and 3G-SDI inputs, the versatile encoder supports up to 1080p60 resolutions with seamless source switching using the remote M Live app or a local source button. The Q8 5G employs multiple output methods, including Wi-Fi, Ethernet, a USB wireless dongle, and three SIM slots, with one that supports 5G LTE and two with 4G LTE cellular destinations.
The unit’s internal 7200mAh rechargeable battery can power it for up to 6 hours, but you can also use the included 12 VDC power adapter to power the device without pause. Support for H.264 and H.265 video compression enables you to send your live stream to servers and social media sites such as Facebook, YouTube, or Twitter using RTMP/RTMPS/RTSP and SRT protocols. Up to 192 kHz / 24-bit audio data is supported, along with AGC (automatic gain control), and your stream can be easily previewed from the unit’s front panel 2″ HD display.
